Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We currently ship to the United States only.

Standard Shipping — Free on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the product and supplier location. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some specialty items may take slightly longer — estimated delivery time will be shown on each product page.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days please email us at theo@theospawco.com and we'll sort it out immediately.

Lost or damaged items
Email theo@theospawco.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
